<strong>Spirit of Tuskegee</strong>

The Smithsonian National Museum of African American History and Culture opened its doors this past Saturday. Among the exhibits, there is a Stearman biplane called the Spirit of Tuskegee. It is the only airplane in the museum. As the name suggests, it was used during ww2 as a primary trainer for the Tuskegee Airmen.

I personally have a connection with this airplane because Matt is my cousin and the Spirit of Tuskegee spent a summer here in our hangar.
